Under this category you can find faux leather which use not only polyurethane but also PVC in the coating phase.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>PVC is a cheap product, very similar to plastic, which is known to have 2 advantages. Firstly, it is great value for money; secondly, it has a better resistance to hydrolysis.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Nevertheless, it is not so soft or tender. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Items are mainly available to produce bags and sofas.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Typically, manufacturers of this product are located in northern China.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The feature of microfibers (usually consists of 50% polyurethane and 50% PA (Nylon) ) is a structure that is very similar to the leather fiber. Microfibers are used especially for shoe components, linings, reinforcements, and uppers.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Thanks to its composition, it is endowed with a remarkable resistance to tearing.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

They come in different thicknesses, from mm. 0.6 (anti-slip) up to mm. 2.00. The latter are ideal for footwear walking and safety uppers.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Among the most widely used articles to produce safety footwear we can find coated microfibers. <\/span><\/span>We can offer both normal and standard S2 types.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>They come in different thicknesses and grits, but the most sold microfiber is mm. 2,00.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

With some specific processing it is possible to leave on a faux leather stretch a relief print that returns to its initial position while retaining its elasticity. Following market demands of eco-friendly and recycled products, we can offer both low-solvent products and items with recycled material. The latter can be both POST-CONSUMER (i.e. from the recycling of the final product) and PRE-CONSUMER (i.e. from the recycling of not processed raw material waste). These are made in China at a competitive price and complies with GRS standards.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>In addition to products consisting of recycled components, eco-friendly SOLVENT FREE products can be offered.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>There are several classic and fashionable products showing these features.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
